Job summary

Envirogen is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities at our Henderson facility, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely. You will manage a team of technicians and engineers, develop maintenance strategies, and drive reliability while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in plant maintenance, preferably in water or wastewater treatment, with proven leadership, problem-solving, safety compliance, and experience with maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant maintenance in water or wastewater sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient with maintenance management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication with staff and stakeholders.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Engineering or facilities-related qualification preferred.
• Certifications in maintenance management or engineering advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities at the facility to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers and develop maintenance strategies.
• Manage budgets, procure parts, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Drive system reliability and reduce downtime through proactive planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
