Job summary

Metro Water Recovery seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager for the Northern Treatment Plant. You will provide leadership for the maintenance division, setting strategies to improve asset reliability and operational efficiency while coordinating across Electrical, Mechanical, and Facilities groups.

Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance staff; manage budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance; drive CMMS-driven decisions and capital projects to ensure reliable wastewater treatment for our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a water/wastewater or similar industrial facility.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily activities of the NTP Maintenance Division.
• Set maintenance strategy, priorities, and performance metrics for asset reliability.
• Manage budget, resources, and capital projects for the NTP.
• Lead Maintenance Supervisors across Electrical, Mechanical, and Facilities groups.
• Partner with Operations and other departments to balance safety, compliance, and performance.
