Amazon in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, drive preventative maintenance programs, manage budgets, and push safe, reliable equipment uptime across an 80+ person team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations experience.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers, foster growth and excellence.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across operations and audit maintenance execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and external contractors, ROI analysis for end-of-life decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives across sites.
