Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager in Hot Springs, AR to oversee plant equipment reliability, maintenance programs, and capital projects in a 24/7 heavy manufacturing operation. You will lead a multi-craft team, drive safety and uptime, and optimize CMMS data for performance metrics.

The successful candidate will have 8–10+ years in heavy industry maintenance, a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, and strong leadership skills with a focus on OEE

Qualifications

8–10+ years in heavy manufacturing maintenance with leadership experience.
Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Experience leading multi-craft technical teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

Direct all maintenance and reliability operations for heavy machinery and systems.
Enforce OSHA standards, heat-stress protocols, and LOTO procedures.
Lead and develop a multi-craft workforce across shifts.
Manage CMMS to track MTBF and MTTR and drive improvements.
Oversee CapEx projects and plant outages from planning to completion.
Control maintenance budget and spare parts procurement.
