Job summary

The Judge Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead its reliability engineering function across a growing manufacturing network. You will own uptime, OEE, and maintenance cost reduction while directing a team of reliability engineers and collaborating with maintenance, engineering and plant leadership.

You will build an enterprise reliability strategy, manage audits and RCAs, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering is required.
• 10+ years in reliability engineering/industrial maintenance with Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM experience.
• 5+ years leading maintenance or engineering teams.
• 5+ years with industrial controls (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
• CMRP and/or CRE certification strongly preferred; LSSBB/LSSGB a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3 Reliability Engineers, along with outside vendors if needed.
• Build and lead reliability improvement strategy across the plant.
• Drive root cause analysis and failure mode investigations.
• Partner with Maintenance on PM programs and schedules.
• Own reliability metrics and continuous improvement project pipeline; develop training and progression paths for staff.
