Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead a team of Maintenance and Area Maintenance Managers, promote a safety-first culture, and ensure maintenance operations meet SLAs and client objectives across the region.

You will drive reliability plans to increase uptime, manage budgets and contracts, coordinate with Talent Acquisition for leadership hires, mentor staff, and oversee preventive/predictive maintenance, inspections, and training to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years on Client account required.
• 7+ years’ experience leading and coaching employee performance.
• 4+ years' experience with maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, forecasting and budgeting.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first culture and ensure safe work environment.
• Provide leadership to a team of Maintenance and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
• Ensure compliance with processes; measure KPIs to improve service.
• Lead vendor relationships for world-class service.
• Monitor maintenance execution, audits, and training drills.
• Manage budgets, capital planning, contracts, and invoicing documents.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and hire talent for site leadership.
• Mentor employees and support performance development.
• Participate in investigations, audits, and required corporate activities.
• Monitor staffing levels and deployment of resources.
• Foster positive relationships with Client and Operations teams.
