CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a major client in Charlotte, NC.

You will oversee a team of Maintenance and Area Maintenance Managers, drive reliability plans, and ensure safety, KPI compliance, and cost control while partnering with client leadership. The role emphasizes a safety-first culture, preventive maintenance, and effective vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 2 years on Client account required.
• 7+ years’ experience leading and coaching employee performance in maintenance.
• 4+ years' experience with maintenance and upkeep of manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Advanced financial knowledge including forecasting and budgeting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safety-first culture and ensure home safe return for CBRE employees.
• Provide leadership to Maintenance and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
• Ensure compliance with processes; train, measure KPIs to improve customer experience.
• Lead vendor relationships for world-class service.
• Monitor maintenance execution and conduct training drills across the network.
• Oversee budgets, capital planning, and contract documents such as RFPs and POs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top site leadership talent.
• Mentor employees to improve performance and develop potential.
• Participate in corporate programs, incident investigations, and audits.
• Monitor staffing levels and resource deployment.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
