Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a major client. You will oversee a team of managers, drive reliability programs, and ensure KPI-driven service delivery across the region.

This role emphasizes safety, financial acumen, vendor management, and strategic leadership. Travel up to 25% and strong collaboration with client leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or 2 years on client account required.
• 7+ years’ experience leading and coaching employee performance in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• 4+ years' experience working directly with maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, forecasting and budgeting.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Expert analytical skills for a matrix-based environment.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics.
• Knowledge of maintenance methods and tools for manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety-first culture to ensure employees return home in the same condition.
• Provide leadership to Maintenance and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and implement reliability plans to increase uptime.
• Ensure compliance with processes; train, commission equipment, collect and analyze KPIs.
• Lead vendor relationships for world-class service.
• Monitor maintenance execution and conduct training drills across the network.
• Manage budgets, capital planning, contracts, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit high-caliber site leaders.
• Mentor employees and develop potential.
• Participate in incident investigations, audits, and assessments.
• Monitor staffing levels and deployment of resources.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
