Job summary

PrecisionX Group, a leading provider of precision metal components, is seeking a Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance in a high-precision manufacturing environment serving medical and aerospace industries. You will ensure safety, reliability, and availability of production equipment, tooling, and facility systems.

You will supervise maintenance personnel, manage preventive and predictive programs, coordinate repairs, and drive equipment-reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and scheduling across shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians across shifts.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and equipment availability.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting during complex breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance documentation for audits.
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple shifts and outages.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Support the repair of stamping presses, CNC equipment, grinders, mills, and lathes.
