Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance technicians across shifts.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and drive equipment‑reliability improvements.
- Maintain accurate preventive maintenance documentation for audits.
- Communicate status and risks to Operations leadership.
