Job summary
PrecisionX Group seeks a Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance in a high-precision manufacturing environment serving medical and aerospace industries. This role ensures safety, reliability, and availability of production equipment, facility systems, tooling, and utilities.
The leader will supervise maintenance personnel, manage preventive and predictive programs, and drive equipment-reliability improvements.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians across shifts.
- Schedule preventive, corrective, and improvement activities.
- Set priorities based on safety, quality, and production needs.
- Provide hands-on technical support during failures and outages.
- Monitor performance and ensure work is completed safely and on time.
- Develop technicians through coaching and structured skills development.
- Coordinate coverage across multiple shifts and planned shutdowns.
- Maintain preventive maintenance documentation for audits.
