RPM Living in Brandon, FL seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead property maintenance, manage the budget, and ensure safety and comfort for residents. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with property managers, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining RPM standards.

The role requires EPA certification, supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site work with flexible hours, after-hours emergencies, and a focus on quality maintenance and resident

Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO – Preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of properties and grounds.
• Maintain the property's operating budget and secure competitive bids for supplies and services.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices to keep costs under control.
• Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee the maintenance, safety of the community and compliance with codes; report injuries.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to maintain functionality.
• Liaise with property managers and respond to emergencies; ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain records and provide cost-saving initiatives for review.
• Implement preventative maintenance plans and be on call for after-hours emergencies.
