Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in heavy industrial or process industries; pulp & paper experience preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience managing professionals and communicating with technical teams.
• Knowledge of safety programs and trainings.
• Construction experience in capital projects and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports safety and environmental compliance.
• Manages maintenance planning, coordination, and execution to optimize equipment availability, safety, and environmental performance.
• Coordinates with Mill Leadership Team on facility maintenance budget and cost estimates.
• Provides technical direction to project teams and acts as an operational resource.
• Oversees capital projects and long-term maintenance planning; ensures maintenance programs cover electrical, instrumentation, automation, controls, and mechanical.
