Job summary

Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 5+ years in maintenance and leadership in a plant.
- College or technical coursework preferred.
- 5 years in corrugated box industry, with electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical focus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and coordinate planning.
- Provide technical insights on plant equipment and facilities.
- Initiate preventive maintenance programs and drive cost improvements.
- Engage vendors and subcontractors to achieve targets.
- Maintain spare parts inventories and procurement of materials.
