Job summary

International Paper is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Lebanon, Indiana facility. You will supervise a shift of maintenance hourly technicians and step in for the maintenance manager to lead the entire department.

You’ll manage the maintenance budget, run SAP reports, track KPIs with KIWI and SAP, and coordinate work orders, planning 7‑day priorities with the leadership team. Strong supervisory experience and technical know‑how are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• College and/or related technical courses are preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years' experience in the corrugated box industry with electronics preferred.
• Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics and electricity experience preferred.
• Demonstrated personnel supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift of maintenance hourly technicians and fill in for the maintenance manager when needed.
• Manage the facility maintenance budget, run SAP reports, and track YTD expenditures.
• Use KIWI and SAP to monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime and reliability.
• Maintain the work order system and report efficiency to leadership.
• Lead weekly maintenance priority meetings with leadership to plan next 7 days' work.
• Plan maintenance projects with scheduling, budget, parts inventory, and documentation.
