Job summary

Comstock Reston is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the onsite maintenance team across multiple communities in the Reston, VA area. You will drive uptime, safety, and resident satisfaction while coordinating with property leadership to manage budgets and capital projects.

The role requires extensive experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, plus strong leadership and customer service skills. Travel between communities is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required.
• Master Electrician and Plumbing certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite maintenance team to ensure 100% uptime and safety.
• Manage staff: assign work, supervise, and provide direction.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on budgets and forecasts.
