Bozzuto in Washington, DC area seeks a Maintenance Manager with 7+ years in facilities and residential maintenance to lead a skilled team and ensure high-quality upkeep of our properties.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, manage make-ready processes, and drive preventative maintenance programs while staying within budget and compliance. This role requires on-call coverage and a commitment to safety and exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities or residential building maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with hiring and developing teams.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification clearly stated.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Hire, develop and coach techs and community care associates.
• Address resident service requests with timely follow-up and thorough repairs.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
• Oversee make-ready and turnover to enable leasing and move-ins.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to preserve asset value.
• Maintain building safety, cleanliness and grounds; support snow removal.
• Coordinate capital improvements and manage vendor relationships within budget.
• Provide 24/7 emergency coverage and maintain staffing schedules.
