Qualifications

• 5+ years in trades, facilities, or residential maintenance.
• HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS.
• Experience with central plant, boilers and chillers preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Availability for emergency on-call rotation.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto standards.
• Address resident service tickets promptly and thoroughly.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Manage make-ready and turnover to enable leasing.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to preserve building value.
• Maintain building upkeep including snow removal and grounds.
• Ensure safety code compliance and prevent accidents.
• Participate in weekend work and on-call rotation.
