Analog Devices, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee a multi-shift maintenance organization supporting high-volume manufacturing.

You will drive safe, reliable equipment performance, workforce capability, and timely maintenance across the plant, coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, EHS, and Supply Chain. The role focuses on improving availability, PM and corrective maintenance, and balancing immediate needs with long-term reliability through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Seven+ years in equipment maintenance or manufacturing with at least three years leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi-shift maintenance teams and coordinate with Production and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team by setting safety and quality expectations and coaching performance.
• Plan labor and coverage across shifts, projects, and absences, monitoring overtime and workload.
• Direct maintenance execution with prioritization by safety and production needs; ensure safe return to service.
• Improve equipment reliability through PM, predictive maintenance, and root-cause analysis.
• Own safety, quality, and compliance with procedures, permits, and audit actions.
• Manage CMMS, budget, overtime, contractors, and spare parts; coordinate service agreements.
• Collaborate across functions and provide concise equipment status updates.
