Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks an Experienced Maintenance Leader to manage a multi-shift team in high-volume manufacturing. You will drive safety, reliability, and throughput by guiding preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Facilities.

Focus is on leading teams, optimizing labor, and delivering documented return-to-service with strong root-cause actions and clear performance metrics across shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent tech education considered.
  • Seven+ years in equipment maintenance or related field with at least 3 years in direct leadership in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-shift maintenance teams and coordinating with Production and Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and maintenance planning; CMMS and budget/spare-parts management.
  • Strong skills in risk-based decision-making, coaching, conflict resolution, communication, data-analysis, and stakeholder-management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the maintenance team with safety, quality, and responsiveness expectations; coach, recruit, and train staff.
  • Plan labor and coverage across shifts, outages, projects, vacations, and unplanned events; monitor overtime and workload.
  • Direct maintenance execution: troubleshooting, repair, recovery, handoffs, and after-hours response.
  • Improve equipment reliability through PM/PdM programs, data analysis, root-cause actions, and standardized practices.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance; manage CMMS, budget, contractors, and spares.
  • Collaborate across functions and provide concise equipment status updates to stakeholders.
