Job summary
Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization of a large EPDM rubber roofing facility. You will oversee a 60-person department and drive reliability improvements using TPM and RCM principles.
The role focuses on reducing MTBF/MTTR gaps, optimizing MRO spend, and building a proactive maintenance culture across shifts. Strong leadership and hands-on plant-floor data analysis are essential.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of maintenance leadership in high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience implementing TPM frameworks and improving OEE.
- Knowledge of CMMS and condition-monitoring technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead a ~60-person maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, and planning.
- Own and optimize MRO spend for uptime.
- Implement TPM and drive proactive maintenance culture.
- Apply RCM to prioritize assets and develop preventive/predictive strategies.
- Improve KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, PM backlog, and OEE.
- Lead CMMS optimization and capital-project readiness.
- Develop talent through training and mentoring.
