Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production-oriented roles, with 3+ years in supervisor/manager capacity.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle from NPI to scaled production; LEAN principles; ECO change management.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience collaborating with designers and engineers.
• Highly organized, reliable with strong communication skills.
• Passion for employee development and training.
• Experience with process development and 5S/LEAN/6-Sigma.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line staff and manage priorities on the floor.
• Direct daily operations and issue work orders to the production floor.
• Uphold safety procedures, document incidents, and address hazards.
• Coach and mentor production technicians.
• Prioritize activities to achieve on-time delivery.
• Ensure quality and prevent defects from leaving stations.
• Cultivate a positive, high-excellence team culture.
• Report production progress to managers and leadership.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Log transactions in NetSuite, JIRA, and Anduril MES daily.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Eng, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Provide weekly production progress reports and daily pass-downs.
