You will manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate daily work schedules, drive safety and 5S on the shop floor, and apply PLC programming and robotics expertise to resolve complex equipment issues and optimize
Qualifikationen
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in a complex industrial environment.
- Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial robotics troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills using problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma or 8D.
Aufgaben
- Mentor and guide maintenance staff to foster technical excellence and equipment reliability.
- Execute complex electro-mechanical repairs and diagnostic procedures to minimize downtime.
- Manage the lifecycle of preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure asset health.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, prioritize critical maintenance tasks, and manage the work order backlog.
- Drive safety compliance and 5S standards across the production floor.
