Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a related industrial environment.
• Previous supervisor or management experience in related field.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an automobile.
• Knowledge of fabrication, tools, maintenance of heavy equipment/parts, and repair.
• Computer literacy; attention to detail and accuracy; strong math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, welders, heavy equipment mechanics, truck mechanics and other maintenance staff at the facility.
• Determine schedules, sequences and assignments for work activities based on priorities and available personnel.
• Develop and monitor maintenance policies, examine equipment, and plan repairs.
• Report operations data, maintenance statistics, and test results using Office and EAM systems.
• Coordinate processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and budget adherence.
