Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 3–5 years in fleet maintenance environment.
• CDL preferred; eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance work, monitor progress and quality.
• Oversee safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead and coach maintenance crews, develop team members.
• Maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to maximize equipment efficiency.
