Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department, equipment, and facilities. You will partner with DC leadership to prioritize work, manage PM programs, and drive uptime across the site.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years maintenance and supervisory experience in a distribution center required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance Department and budget; prioritize repair and PM work.
• Hire, orient, train, and develop maintenance staff and team leads.
• Review contractor bids and manage CAPEX within budget and timelines.
• Ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality in maintenance activities.
• Maintain CMMS and ensure proper documentation and parts inventory.
