E Energy Adams, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance in a large-scale industrial setting, focused on reliability, planning, and continuous improvement. You will supervise Maintenance Technicians and Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians, drive KPI-driven improvements, and ensure CMMS usage and safety compliance.

Required: STEM degree (associates or higher), 7 years of maintenance operations experience, 5 years in a supervisory role, and English fluency;

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a STEM related field.
• A degree in Engineering preferred.
• A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered in lieu of an associate’s degree.
• 7 years of maintenance operations experience in a large scale industrial continuous process manufacturing environment.
• Ethanol manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with maintenance procedures for processing equipment such as evaporators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, drying equipment, boilers, cooling towers, chiller, aircompressors, pumps, valves, electrical circuits, and instrumentation preferred.
• CMRP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
• The right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.

• Uses KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance.
• Ensures maintenance workflow is followed and RCFA is utilized.
• Plans and schedules to drive a proactive culture in maintenance.
• Supports EMP and drives continuous, data-driven improvements.
• Participates in FMEA processes and change management (MOC).
• Supervises Maintenance Technicians and Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians.
