Job summary

Penn Aluminum International LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager in Murphysboro, IL. The role leads plant maintenance for safe, reliable operations and drives preventive/predictive programs to minimize downtime.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with Operations, and lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience building and sustaining PM/PdM programs.
• OSHA safety knowledge and LOTO experience.
• Experience using CMMS to manage work orders and asset history.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Plan and direct daily maintenance activities for assets and facilities.
• Develop and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive RCA and corrective actions to eliminate repeat failures.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize uptime and changeovers.
• Manage maintenance budget, overtime and MRO inventory.
• Oversee shutdown/outage planning and post-outage reviews.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contract workers.
