Job summary

Penn Aluminum International LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager in Harlingen, TX, responsible for leading the plant maintenance function to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of production and facility equipment.

You will own preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drive reliability improvements, and partner with Operations to optimize uptime, changeovers, and planned downtime.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience building and sustaining PM/PdM programs and reliability improvements.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and lockout/tagout practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance to ensure safe, reliable production.
• Develop and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Direct daily maintenance activities and coordinate shutdowns/outages.
• Manage maintenance budget, backlog, and contractor engagement.
• Provide reports on maintenance performance and drive cost reductions.
