Real Alloy is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Wabash, Indiana facility. You will lead electrical and mechanical maintenance, supervise a 5-person maintenance team, and coordinate 24/7 operations to maximize equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field and/or 10+ years of related industrial experience.
• Strong leadership and multi-project management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TPM is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs of facility structures, grounds, and equipment.
• Audit and maintain pollution control equipment to federal guidelines.
• Lead capital projects and provide engineering solutions to improve productivity.
• Direct and coordinate union-based maintenance staff (4–6) in a 24/7 plant.
• Schedule shut-downs with production and plant management.
• Track overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) performance.
