Viking Corporation in Hastings, MI is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team responsible for machine repair, maintenance technicians, electricians, and general maintenance on a 24/7 production floor. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on reliability and safety.

You will drive preventive maintenance, coordinate between shifts, manage budgets, and partner with Operations and Engineering to boost equipment reliability and safety.

Qualificações

• Minimum eight years in maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• At least four years in progressive leadership, manager level.
• Experience in general and preventive maintenance.
• Experience supporting a 24/7 operation.
• Safety regulations knowledge and training program experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop supervision of machine repair and electricians.
• Oversee preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across shifts.
• Manage budgets for maintenance, tooling, and facilities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve reliability.
• Respond to emergency repairs and coordinate new installations.
