Inframark LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily activities, train staff, and ensure SOPs, safety and regulatory compliance are met. You will allocate work, provide technical direction and coach improvements across the maintenance team.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and on-call, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience.
• Valid Driver's License (Class B CDL preferred).
• Other licenses may include SCBA, Crane and Forklift Operator, Rigging, Metal Cutting.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive mechanics, electrical circuits, wiring electronics & hydraulics.
• Root Cause Failure Analysis; knowledge of hazardous material handling.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications, internet & CMMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Allocates work and provides technical direction, assistance and training to other personnel.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA and other requirements are met; suggests SOP improvements.
• Trains employees on plant operations, repair and installation; safe work practices.
• Monitors staff work and coaches improvements.
• Performs advanced repairs on turbine pumps, electrical motors and panels, centrifugal pumps and chemical feed systems.
• Performs sophisticated electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Prepares maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles and facilities.
• Maintains files and records of work orders and task completion.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evening and 24-hour on-call.
