Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience following SOPs and operating safety protocols in industrial settings.
• Ability to work across shifts including weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Allocates work and provides direction and training to maintenance staff.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT and OSHA compliance; recommends SOP improvements.
• Trains staff in plant operations, repairs and safe practices.
• Prepares maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles and facilities.
• Performs advanced repairs on turbines, pumps, motors and electrical panels.
• Maintains records of work orders and task completion.
