Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our Reliability Department. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee the safe and efficient operation of production equipment and facilities.

You’ll coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, mentor technicians, maintain logs, and participate in on-call rotations, while ensuring compliance with HAACP, SQF and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage team dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, VFDs, control safety).
• Experience with welding, machining, fabrication, and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance team during the afternoon shift.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergencies.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new maintenance personnel.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain compliance with HAACP, SQF, and GMP standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for proper function and safety.
• Assist with inventory management and upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Complete and submit maintenance logs and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
