Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets. The role involves completing varied maintenance tasks, ordering supplies, and keeping detailed records.

Candidates should be adaptable, safety-conscious, and capable of working a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call shifts. Responsibilities include pressure washing, sign maintenance, and assisting with diverse maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required; Class B CDL preferred.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and Internet.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance reports and complete tasks within defined timing and quality requirements across disciplines (mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry).
• Order and replace doggie stations, liners, and project supplies.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, pool decks, signs, rails, light poles, benches, and trash cans.
• Install and repair signs; paint curbs as needed.
• Maintain work orders and records using iPad; ensure safe, clean environment.
