Inframark is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily tasks, train staff and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety rules. You will allocate work, provide technical direction and monitor performance across the maintenance crew while handling advanced repairs on pumps, electrical systems and hydraulics.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 8 years of experience, with a Class B CDL preferred and various site licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Site-specific licenses may include SCBA, CSI, crane and forklift operation, rigging and metal cutting.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive mechanics, electrical circuits, wiring, hydraulics and pump systems.
• Root Cause Failure Analysis; hazardous material handling; CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Allocates work and provides technical direction, assistance and training to other personnel.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA and related requirements are met and suggests SOP improvements.
• Trains staff on plant operations, repair and installation techniques and safe work practices.
• Monitors and coaches staff performance and suggests improvements.
• Performs advanced repairs on turbine pumps, electrical motors and panels, centrifugal pumps and chemical feed systems.
• Performs sophisticated electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Prepares maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles and facilities.
• Maintains files and records of work orders and task completion.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings and 24-hour on-call emergencies.
