Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets on-site. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform tasks across mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other general maintenance activities.

You will also manage supplies, operate basic software, and document work orders using an iPad. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred), and knowledge of hand/power tools and

Valid Driver's License (Class B CDL preferred); other licenses vary by site.
Working knowledge of hand and power tools and measuring devices.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet.
Basic knowledge of water/wastewater operations.

Responsibilities

Respond to maintenance reports and complete tasks on time and within quality requirements.
Perform maintenance across mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry and other activities.
Order and replace doggie stations, liners and related supplies.
Pressure wash sidewalks, pool decks, signs, rails and other surfaces.
Install and repair signs and paint curbs as needed.
Maintain files and records of work orders using iPad and tools.
