Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in apartment maintenance.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED; at least three certificates in maintenance-related courses (e.g., BOMA, IREM).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws; ability to read safety manuals and maintenance instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks as required.
