Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; three related certificates (BOMA, IREM or vocational).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Neighborhood staff to deliver quality service.
• Manage budget, safety training, capital projects, vendors and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
