Job summary

The role requires five years in apartment maintenance and supervisory experience, strong customer service, on-call readiness, and a GED with maintenance certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in apartment maintenance and two years supervisory experience.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, neighbors, and the public.
• Willingness to be on-call and assist when needed.
• High school diploma or GED required; three related maintenance certificates (e.g., BOMA, IREM).
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local safety laws; able to read manuals and maintenance instructions.
