You will lead a maintenance and service team, set standards, and drive a safe, welcoming living environment.

The role requires five years in apartment maintenance, two years of supervision, a high school diploma or GED, and required maintenance certificates such as BOMA or IREM.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws; ability to read safety manuals and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Neighborhood staff; hire, train and resolve problems for the Neighborhood.
• Manage budget through cost-effective maintenance; oversee safety training, capital projects, vendors and inventory.
• Uphold company policies and regulatory compliance; set standards for safe and effective operation.
