Job summary

You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while managing routine maintenance requests.

You will schedule maintenance, supervise assistants, and enforce safety standards, ensuring on-time completion of work orders and a high level of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to be on-call and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
