HH Red Stone Properties in Elkton, MD is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee on-site upkeep across our rental properties, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and preventive maintenance. You will supervise maintenance tasks, coordinate with residents and contractors, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair.

Responsabilidades

• Plumbing tasks: repair/replace faucets, pipes, water heaters, toilets, disposals.
• Electrical tasks: wiring, switches, fuses, outlets, lights.
• Drywall repair and painting for apartment turnovers and touch-ups.
• Repair or replace household appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing fixtures, and detectors.
• Install locks to enhance security.
