Responsibilities
- Plumbing: repair/install faucets, pipes, water heaters, toilets, disposals.
- Electrical: repair/install switches, fuses, outlets, lights, fans.
- Drywall: repair holes from turnover."
- Painting: touch-ups and new coats on unit walls.
- Appliance repair: fix or replace household appliances.
- Preventative maintenance: HVAC, plumbing fixtures, smoke detectors.
- Health and safety maintenance: ensure resident safety.
- Lock installation: improve security.
