Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance at Belmont Station in Elkridge, MD. This hands-on supervisory role manages work orders, makes-ready schedules, and safety compliance while supporting residents and the property management team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in maintenance, supervisory experience, and relevant HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills. A valid license and EPA/HVAC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality.
• 1+ year supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ years of inventory control, ordering, and procurement.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own tool kit recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Oversee make-ready turnover and track activities to complete units on schedule.
• Supervise, train, and assist maintenance staff with hands-on repairs.
• Communicate with residents and management to ensure professional service.
• Maintain safety practices and regulatory compliance; manage chemicals and OSHA rules.
