Golden West Packaging Group in California seeks a Maintenance Lead to serve as a hands-on technical resource for the maintenance team, supporting safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

You will provide day-to-day technical guidance to technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, document activity in CMMS, and help drive safety and continuous improvement across the plant.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize maintenance work by safety and production impact.
• Demonstrated leadership: guide, train, and coach technicians.
• Experience with CMMS and reading schematics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain industrial equipment.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Direct maintenance technicians on daily tasks and priorities.
• Coordinate with plant supervisors to minimize production interruptions.
• Document repairs and maintenance activity in CMMS and review history.
