Golden West Packaging Group LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex packaging equipment across our California facilities, ensuring safety and uptime. You will document repairs, follow PM guidelines, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime, while applying strong electrical and mechanical skills and PLC awareness in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship program or other accredited training.
• 10+ years industrial maintenance repair and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical background and machinery troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with maintaining motors, conveyors, PLC systems.
• Ability to prioritize repairs and communicate with maintenance manager.

Responsabilités

• Comply with safety processes and OSHA regulations.
• Service and maintain equipment including motors, conveyors, PLCs, and electrical systems.
• Track repairs in ManagerPlus and analyze recurring issues.
• Perform daily visual inspections of building, grounds, equipment, and projects.
• Coordinate repair schedules with operations to prevent production delays.
• Fabricate parts as needed for repairs.
• Follow Total Preventative Maintenance guidelines.
