Stoneledge Plantation Apartments seeks an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations, guide a small team, and ensure the facility runs safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong technical skills, troubleshooting ability, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability, with duties spanning HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.

Formación

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and grounds maintenance experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience working on HVAC systems.
• 3-5 years' general maintenance experience; multi-family maintenance preferred.
• Proficient customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and provides guidance to maintenance staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance and safety.
• Performs advanced maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related areas.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules for critical systems.
• Generates, prioritizes, and completes work orders with supervisors and contractors as needed.
• Responds to urgent maintenance issues, including emergencies, outside regular hours.
• Maintains stock levels and proper use of tools and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with codes, regulations, and company policies.
