Job summary

Stoneledge Plantation Apartments is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, with on-call rotation after training. Starting pay is $19.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; or related experience/training.
• Proficient customer service and interpersonal communication skills for interactions with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals.
• Knowledgeable in safe use of hand tools, power tools and basic measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively perform maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance areas in the community.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for lease and new move-ins.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and amenities to maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
