Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead in Sterling, VA to oversee maintenance across Tier 1-4 support for programs with 100+ FTEs. You will ensure rapid incident restoration, drive ITIL-based processes, and maintain system health in accredited environments supporting national security missions.
The role requires senior technical authority, strong SLA/OLA oversight, and coordination of break/fix activities in 24/7/365 operations.
Qualifications
- Senior-level authority for maintenance across multiple support tiers.
- Experience ensuring incident resolution and problem management in large environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based maintenance processes.
Responsabilités
- Lead maintenance across Tier 1-4 support entities on the program portfolio.
- Oversee break/fix, preventive and corrective actions for cyber operations platforms.
- Monitor SLAs/OLAs and drive proactive maintenance to ensure high availability.
- Coordinate 24/7/365 maintenance activities for national security missions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure DoD IA and ATO compliance.
